Ik was niet blij met Very uneven ground. Went over on my ankle several times. Not well sign-posted. Wasn't sure I was in the right place.

Ik was blij met Great quite campsite. Lovely little cafe at the top with locally produced eggs bacon and sausages.

It’s true that our facilities are basic. We are in the middle of an upgrade to the loos, but we can’t, unfortunately put showers in at this point.

We will try to improve the gate through to the path. You can walk up through the yard, but the field gate is quicker!

Ik was blij met We had a wonderfully warm and friendly welcome from the moment we arrived, which really set the tone for our stay.

One thing that genuinely stood out was how clean the toilets were — something you don’t always expect at a campsite, but it made a big difference and was very much appreciated.

The owner clearly takes a real interest in their guests and goes out of their way to make sure everyone has a great experience. That personal touch didn’t go unnoticed, and we truly did have a fantastic time.

We also loved the fact that cars aren’t allowed to drive onto the pitches. It made the site feel much more peaceful and safe. The addition of trolleys to help transport your equipment was a thoughtful and practical touch that worked really well.

Overall, a brilliant stay and somewhere we’d happily return to.

It’s good to know that the loos were up to scratch. We have done a bit of work on them over the winter and we have a new block which should be on site soon. This will improve the facilities further.

We’re also glad that you appreciate our policy of keeping the tent side of the field car free. It does make such a difference to the feel of the field and it means that children can run freely and play.

We very much look forward to welcoming you again to share this lovely spot. It’s why we do what we do!

Ik was niet blij met Only downside is a lack of electricity, but that’s easily fixed by asking politely to use an outlet in their farm shop.

We will always try to help guests if they need vital kit charging. We do find that many turn their screens off for the duration though!
