Anzio Heights

Mi è piaciuto we arrived around 7pm on friday to be met by louis and diana who were helpful and gave us the option of our pitch we had our 10 year old son who spent hours playing whilst we set up and chilled out.
the toilets and showers were clean and well stocked, the weather wasn't perfect but a great walk at tittesworth reservoir with good parking a cafe and ice cream made the most of the next morning.
a well stocked farm shop and the reform pub is within 5 minute walk of the site (the food was amazing)
overall a top site in a fab location will definetley be returning 🫶

our target audience is campervans and being a family site to which we have all the facilities to cater for.
it's unfortunate for you regarding the shower, however a simple adjustment of the temperature knob on the boiler would have had you steaming 🤣
we're unsure of why you've scored us so little especially on facilities as we noticed you didn't use the pool/playground or walk around the historic buildings considering you never left your van.
for all the above we're bemused as to why you booked in the first instance?

Mi è piaciuto Very reasonably priced, extremely friendly staff, lovely donkeys. We were the only ones on site and they told us not to worry about check out time and to have a lovely morning. Lovely scenery, great pitches. Community feel. Nice little play park and pool as well as beautiful hikes. Fabulous water pressure in the showers. Good price for wood and fire pit.

Non mi è piaciuto Could possibly use a shower curtain because the water pressure is strong and gets Water on the floor.

Mi è piaciuto this site kicks it out the park for facilities,price and location,as previous people have said the pitches are spacious, xxl family shower rooms and a excellent old skool playground for children, the owners have recently installed a outdoor pool which was really welcome during the hot weather and the kids were never out of it.
the donkeys are sooo adorable and we got to feed them in the evening
its a new site on a old army barracks which louis and diana told us the history of which is really interesting and is being restored by them.
it was lovley to meet you both and we are counting the days until we come back in august x

Mi è piaciuto Quietness of the area, friendliness of the owners and ease on choosing own pitch and was able to leave late, which worked in favour due to heavy rain thanks guys 😊 nice area for children to play, we could see. Historic army barracks was nice to see and hearing about future plans for some.of them was exciting , the two toilets with wet room combined were clean and quirky., large pitches and could see young trees or bushes planted to give campers privacy

Non mi è piaciuto Unable to pin down awning due to concrete base, luckily was not windy , so wind out awning survived, door locks on bathroom we found difficult to open, found the knack eventually but Arthritic hands did feel the pain after, just a few teething issues but I am Sure in time this new site, will develop into a lovely place and we wish you all the best with the development of the site.

Mi è piaciuto An up and coming site new this year with plenty of potential.
Owners really nice with great clean spacious toilets.
Some friendly donkeys to pass the time watching.
Local pub very nice and would suggest booking early.
Great sunset view and loads of trees to see wildlife.

Non mi è piaciuto Toilet door locks a little hard. Could do with a little bit of work for those lacking in strength.
Hose attached to tap. I prefer to use my own food hygiene safe. Perhaps another tap for awkward people like me.
Pitch could benefit from optional electric hookups.

Mi è piaciuto Only stayed for one night but wish we had stayed longer. For a small site the facilities are excellent. Within walking distance to the local pubs, walks and attractions. We have already booked our next visit.
