A aimé Always love staying here. Good location, private large pitches, fully serviced. Good toilet/ shower facilities. We love staying here and will be back again next year

A aimé Lovely little site, nice and easy to find pitch number, site is well maintained and plenty of space for kids to run around play and explore. Absolutely perfect location to visit Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge and surrounding areas. We liked the fact you are trusted to find tour pitch and no lectures about what you can and cant do etc on site just trusted to use common sense on site

A aimé Good sized plot, with hedging on both sides for privacy
Owners sent clear directions ahead of visit
Details of allocated pitch number were up on the board on arrival
Clean shower block, never needed to queue
Children's play area in the middle of the site, but this wasn't intrusive
Location is perfect for visiting Sutton Hoo (a few minutes walk down the road), also short distances from the likes of Woodbridge, Orford and Aldeburgh

N'a pas aimé Wifi signal did not reach the pitches towards the far end of the site, but we had a good 4G mobile signal so was okay
There is some road noise for the pitches backing onto the main road, but not loud enough to disturb sleep
Because of the dry season, it was unfortunately easy to track soil into the shower block, but most guests did mop up after themselves, and the facilities were cleaned regularly too

A aimé The site was clean and quiet as only a few campers were there. It was within 5 minutes walk to Sutton Hoo and also to access walks along the river to Woodbridge. There are good defined grassy pitches with hedging. The check in worked perfectly with our names and pitch numbers on a notice board when we arrived. Very flat and no chocks needed to level.

A aimé The pitch was a good size and access to dog walking field.
Location is good for visiting the local area of Woodbridge and Rendlesham and Sutton Hoo itself.

N'a pas aimé Anyone could come on site - no secure exit/entrance.
Lack of warden on site = no customer service
Toilets/showers were filthy so much so we didn’t use them - felt we would come out dirtier than when we went in!
The facilities needed updating.
Couldn’t use the WiFi as it wasn’t available and no one around to ask for assistance in this matter.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry we didn't meet so I could address your issues. We had to go to Yorkshire as a friend had died suddenly and a friend was doing the cleaning. I do apologise that it wasn't how you would have liked it. If you had phoned me I would have asked a family member to come over and sort things.
