A aimé Very well kept site all staff so friendly , toilets and showers are spotless and lovely and warm, Ben’s bar is an excellent addition as is the onsite food takeaway

N'a pas aimé This time we had children playing and screaming till 22:30 and they started again at 06:15 in the morning , although you could say It was down to the parents, It could have been policed better by staff, we decided to get up and pack away early and left the site by 08:30

We are very sorry to hear that noise from other guests affected your stay, particularly late in the evening and early in the morning. We do carry out evening walk-rounds to ensure noise levels are in line with our site rules, however we appreciate your comments and will continue to monitor this closely to help ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.

A aimé Just returned from a three day stay at Pinecones, got to say what a beautiful site. Well maintained, clean, friendly staff and my goodness what beautiful surroundings. Nature walks nearby are lovely, lots of animals, hare, muntjack deer, greylag geese. At 5am (yes, early riser) there were even some fallow deer walking through the camp. Particularly like the quiet times.

N'a pas aimé The detractors from my stay is by no means a fault of Pinecones, I'm a very light sleeper and there is a busy road right next to site.

Electric car point difficult to connect staff helpful in refunding charge.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding the facilities and EV charging point. We did have a faulty socket on one of the electric car charging points during your stay, however this has since been repaired by our engineer. We’re glad our team were able to assist and arrange the refund for you.

Whilst it is very unusual for guests to have to wait for one of the private bathroom facilities, especially as we have multiple units onsite, we do understand your comments during a particularly busy weekend and appreciate the feedback.

A aimé Spacious pitches with a set area, sectioned off by hedges. I love the toilets being private each room containing a shower, toilet and sink and plenty of space to dress. The site was packed but it wasn't a problem, everything ran smoothly and we never had to wait for a toilet/shower room. There's food and a bar on site which we used, prices are very reasonable. Everyone is friendly and communication on the lead up to your stay is great. I love that dogs stay for free. Its such a lovely site for dogs with walks to the beach and Sandringham on the doorstep. This was our second stay at Pinecones and as long as doggos stay for free we will keep returning.

N'a pas aimé There is some road noise but you only really notice when noisy motorbikes go bye.

A aimé Great location for Sandringham. Lovely nature trails and walk to Snettisham. Park was clean and very accommodating. Pub on site and EV charging available.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding the electric hookup app. We do email full instructions prior to arrival explaining how to download and use the app, however we appreciate that this may not always be seen before arrival. For guests who would prefer not to use the app, we are always very happy to manually set up the electric supply from the office for you.

A aimé Pitches were well maintained and set out with privacy in mind.facilities on site were good .takeaway food available from reception to eat in or out.bar had reasonable selection and all staff were very friendly seating outside and inside for bar was available .toilet block was very good each toilet was set up as a bathroom toilet,sink,shower,radiator,seating all in each private room for your own use piped music as well plenty of rooms as well amazing

A aimé Lovely sight. Busy but we went on a bank holiday. Showers and toilets were great with radio and heating. The owners or managers were very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. We will defo be back, also had our dog with us and she loved it too. Thank you Pinecones camping for having us ⛺️
