Quarry Lodge Camping

Me gustó: It's difficult to know where to start - you just felt like family before you even arrived. As soon as I booked we received an email with directions and the morning of travel we received texts giving updates and tips for arriving and the conditions on the day. We were welcomed onto site with a friendly smile and showed to our pitch. We were then visited a while later and given a plethora of ideas for things we could do during our stay - the suggestions were mindful of the ages of our children and what we wanted to get out of our holiday. It is the warmest welcome we have had for any holiday. If you like your club houses and kids entertainment then this site is not for you and that's ok. If you want something a bit more laid back and feel like you are getting away from the world then this is perfect. Toilets were always clean and we never had to queue for the loo or shower. You genuinely do get everything you need without over complicating it. We cannot speak highly enough of our time here and will be back.

Me gustó: Lovely views, good space between campers, showers warm and clean, kettle very useful, good location with easy access to Carmarthen, nice horse, very nice hosts.

Me gustó: Liked everything about the campsite including the owners Linda & Rob who were very welcoming & knowledgeable about the local area and made us feel so at home. Our extended family and our grandchildren loved exploring the campsite a wonderful place for children to play safely and use their imagination to play outdoor games.

No me gustó: Having to go home but we will definitely be back.

Me gustó: We had such a lovely stay here, Linda the owner could not do enough for us, she is lovely and very welcoming. The kids were able to go off and explore and play in the gardens and they all loved playing on the tyre swing and in the games area. There are also fresh eggs for sale each day. We will definitely be returning :)

Me gustó: Lovely quiet site with the most helpful and lovely owners. If you're looking for peace and tranquility this is ideal. We'll definitely be returning.

Me gustó: Beautiful campsite, loads of little fields leading into one another with magical hidden paths between them. Toilets are facilities where clean, pleasant and well kept. Lovely owners who couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Linda, we'll definitely be back again!
