Wonderful green site with low light pollution in a great location

Me gustó Ive been solo camping for years and Plas yn Langoed is on of the most magical and safe feeling sites Ive ever stayed at. Despite everything being made from repurposed materials, the facilities were spotlessly clean, plentiful and stylish. I stayed in a blackout bell tent and slept very well.
Other highlights are the views of the Carneddau mountain range, the dark sky, close proximity to Beaumaris and the Ynys Mon coastal path and absolute peace at night. Only an owl broke the silence. Do take a head torch.
Towering above these highlights stands the owner Emily. She is passionate about the business and land, she is funny and friendly and you'll be hard pressed to find a warmer welcome.

Me gustó Great showers, with soap and shampoo supplied. Love the eco-friendly nature of this campsite. Lots of space, well set out campsite. Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed being in a bell tent!

Me gustó The site was beautiful, well maintained, incredible views and the tent was just what we needed-clean, beautifully presented and it withstood a huge storm! Great facilities and lovely host who was kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
No me gustó The only improvement was a drying room or space would have been invaluable. This wouldn’t even need to be heated but a space for hanging wet things would make a huge difference as camping in wales and going to the beach this was an issue!

Me gustó Fantastic well thought out site. We felt very welcome. The view from our spacious pitch was amazing. Access to a fridge and communal cooking area was a real bonus. Also the best showers we have experienced camping! So quiet and peaceful, we left feeling well rested.
