Treborth Hall Farm Caravan Site

Me gustó By far the best campsite in the UK.

1. Very well organised. From entry to exit.
2. Facilities: clean toilets and showers, snack bars, playing area, etc.
3. Friendly staff.
4. Location: 10 minutes or so, drive to local amendities.

No me gustó Noise from the main road at night.

Me gustó Very nice, clean and quiet place. In short distance from any essential shops. Toilet, showers, washing up places available. Even a fridge. Drinking water available by the pitch. Plenty of spaces with electricity access. Very helpful and friendly staff members. Play area for kids. Alpacas and ponies by the entrance. Beautiful scenery. Large pitches. We will go back there at some point for sure. WiFi available.

Me gustó Great location, accessible on foot (about 1.5 miles from train station).
Nice quiet site.
Good facilities.
Helpful staff/owner.
Arriving on foot after 8pm was no problem I just called and was told where I could pitch.

Me gustó This site is a mixture of green camping areas and a walled area with hard pitches. It is set beside a wooded area and has a lovely rustic vibe. The welcome was warm as were the decent showers. Everything was clean, organised and well thought out. I would certainly return.

Me gustó Quiet pitch good field to walk dogs!

No me gustó Showers were awful no pressure at all and went cold when someone used the toilet or taps, and went cold after about 3 minutes and would not get back to any warm temperature! Toilets were also very under pressured. Only 3 showers for females and males. No signal or WiFi either for anyone needing it.

We’re extremely disappointed by the ratings you’ve left — scoring us 1/10 in nearly every category, including WiFi, which we clearly do not advertise or offer. It’s unfair to rate us poorly for something never promised.

You also marked us down for customer service, despite not speaking to a member of staff or raising any concerns during your stay. We are always available on site and happy to resolve any issues promptly — but we can’t help if nothing is said at the time.

In fact, we checked our records and saw that you arrived after our stated check-in cut-off time of 8:00 PM, which is clearly noted on our website and booking platforms. Despite this, our team kindly allowed you onto the park around 9:00 PM — well beyond the usual hours — without any issue. To then receive a 1-star rating for customer service feels extremely unfair.

When a review like this comes in with across-the-board low scores and no attempt to engage with staff, it unfortunately looks more like a deliberate attempt to damage our reputation than a fair reflection of your experience.

We’re proud to say we’ve received a Pitchup Review Award for consistently high ratings, with the vast majority of our guests scoring us 8, 9, and 10. That speaks for itself.

We welcome honest, constructive feedback — but this review is neither balanced nor accurate.

No me gustó Showers in black box fluctuated from cold to boiling hot, couldn’t sort that.

Me gustó Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially as I came on the wrong day. Showers were very welcomed and bathrooms great. Only stayed for a night so didn't explore anything else on the site.

No me gustó The ONLY problem was a neighbour camper taking loud for hours late into the night.
Tried calling for him to stop but nothing.
It's a pity as this is the only bad thing I have about the place. Not the campsite itself just an inconsiderate camper. So didn't have a good night's sleep and left early next morning to avoid heating him speak again.

Me gustó Lovely campsite, loads of different pitches to choose from in different fields. Really nice and quiet, very peaceful. Toilets and showers very clean, good facilities.
