Me gustó Nothing. We found this park to be very dirty and unloved. The chemical waste area was really bad, not even a water outlet. The waste bin area was dirty and even nappies over the floor. Toilet and shower, use your own. Swimming pool was the only nice thing.

No me gustó Motorhome services area. Walking around just is very messy and dirty. This site is not well kept!

Me gustó The staff are very friendly and the checking in was quick and easy when we arrived. The site is very well laid out with easy access to all the amenities including the hook ups and water supplies. The shower and toilet facilities were kept clean throughout the day and evening.

Me gustó We had a wonderful holiday here. The people were all friendly, it was easy to access all of the activities. It was definitely worth booking the slip and slide as my kids loved it. It’s in easy access of great beaches.

No me gustó The only addition I would add is the outdoor pool really needs some work as do the toilets. I have Crohn’s disease so I was able to use the disabled toilets and they were far superior. They were constantly cleaned several times a day when we stayed peak season and a bank holiday.

No me gustó Road ways are a pain to walk on, pitches are very uneven ours had a huge slope c43 pitch so sleeping in a tent wasn’t good. Shop prices over inflated, ‘pub’ wasn’t good either sticky tables and food was sub par. Didn’t try the swimming as was fully booked inside at all times

No me gustó There was a couple shouting and swearing at each other really loudly, a few pitches away from us and the noise over night from the main road, if we visit again we would stay away from the main road area more towards the park which we did initially request. Other than that it's was a lovely experience. For the kids and us as a family. Thanks

Me gustó Definitely not the staff welcome staff in front office road arrogant quite up themselves as for the outdoor pole disgusting floating debris no filtration leaves dead bugs spoke to an owner who said they have this all the time sight don't care

No me gustó As above all the above is correct loads of complaints against this firm useless don't go there use your money wisely done spend it there on the last day had no water to a service pitch because of some sort of thought but the slipping slide had plenty of water because I was taking thousands of pounds

For clarity, the Slip & Slide runs on a separate water system, which is why it remained open while other facilities were affected. Me gustó Indoor pool was clean not to much chlorine.
Food in the pub was very good if a little expensive.
Plenty of water points in the camping area.
Children's areas were well set up.
Lots of activities for both adults and kids.

No me gustó Outdoor pool was dirty and had lots of leaves in it.
A better reception area and not just a shed would be good.
No fire pits or open fires allowed...

Me gustó Flat pitch, good size. Staff helpful. Nice shop and pub. Good play areas.

No me gustó Toilet and shower facilities disgusting and smelly. Booking the swimming pool in advance, the one time the QR code worked we had to wait 2 Days at 4 pm. Ok if you're planning on staying on site all day. Pitches too near to play areas.

Me gustó Lovely outdoors space, soft play nice and clean and staff in leisure centre friendly

No me gustó Outdoor pool cold and dirty. Shower block needed cleaning more often. Broken pipe under sink at washing up station. Didnt see any maintenance people and wasn’t fixed in the 8 nights we was there. Amusements need up dating. Couldn’t get a slot for the indoor pool.

Me gustó Great spacious pitches, very accommodating as we were away with friends so we wanted to be pitched together. great parks for the kids, pub on site was very nice and friendly, used outdoor pool, and mini golf. Also used the slip and slide which was very fun. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location to explore Cornwall

No me gustó Water stopped working several times whilst we were there, which ment we weren’t able to use the showers when we wanted too.
Outdoor pool looks green, but it looks like the floor, and the shack by the pool was closed and looked very run down.
