Reedham Ferry Touring and Camping Park

Me gustó Great setting, right next to the canal , Ferry pub and car ferry. Had a lovely roast in the Ferry Inn. Very friendly welcome too. Lots of walks along the canal paths with plenty of wild life...we had close encounters with Heron, deer, hares and lots of various bird of prey.

Reedham train station us just a short ( 10 mins for us two old birds) walk away. We took the train into Norwich and had a good day out. Situated along the river at Reedham is the village cafe, & pubs,with the chippy & shop a little further.

The set up at the campsite is perfectly useable. Toilet and shower block is kept very clean & warm and the wash up is clean .

No me gustó The shower is frustrating to operate and maintain a warm flow if water but that is only a minor issue.

Me gustó The campsite had everything that i required, the pub food was excellent and staff really friendly.

No me gustó When we got to the ferry we could not cross as the motorhome could be damaged as bottom was to low si we had another 30 min drive to get to camp

Me gustó Location and layout of the site. Nice place to sit outside the van, a pub at the entrance to the site plus two more and a couple of cafes 20 minutes walk away in Reedham. Plus a train station close by to head in to Norwich or Great Yarmouth.

No me gustó Not sure there would be enough toilet facilities when busy (only two for men).

Me gustó Pretty setting. Amazed the leaves were swept up in autumn! Spacious pitches. Loved the underfloor heating in the lovely clean toilets/showers. Water taps close to pitches. Being near the pub and walking distance to the train station.

Me gustó Traditional touring site, very clean and well kept. Nice and quiet and very friendly. Food and drinks in the pub was great and so were the staff.

No me gustó Showers need to stay on a little longer before cutting out. Not good when covered in shower gel having to keep pressing the button.

Me gustó Good site and facilities. Great to have a pub on site and two others less than 30 minutes walk. Very quiet and relaxed. Good to walk along the river and with a railway station for the coast or Norwich just 15 minutes walk away.
Plenty of space for motorhome, campers and tents.

Me gustó Lively site in Lively surroundings. Facilities warm and clean and super meal in pub with very welcoming staff. Definately will be returning

Nearby railway station for access to the coast
Good pub next to the site and two more in village along the river.
Good facilities block

No me gustó Unfortunately the water in the showers and taps was not really hot enough.
Grey water disposal area not well signed

Me gustó A lovely peaceful site which is kept very clean and tidy with some lovely walks with your dog in any direction all off road as well as the walk along the river to Reedham itself which takes approx 20 mins where there is a dog friendly pub overlooking the river, and boats, there is also a lovely dog friendly pub right at the entrance of the site to get a meal and a drink and sit and watch the ferry & boats ,there is also a fishing lake on site but we got caught in Storm Amy so were unable to fish. showers/toilets were spotless and heated so always nice and warm, will deffo return again , can't comment on wifi as we have our own in the motorhome
