N'a pas aimé The shower facilities are a fixed temperature and operate on a push button which needs to be constantly held in to operate. This makes for an unpleasant one handed washing experience.

The hand washing facilities similarly are push button and need to be held down with one hand while you wash the other which prevents any proper hand washing technique and is wholly unhygienic.

These push button operators are probably to save money on part of the camp site, and ideally would remain on a little longer but have clearly been adjusted to stay on for the shortest amount of time possible. I wouldn't stay again because of it and was glad I only stayed for one night.

The bathroom facilities as a whole were not clean and smelt like a drains at least in the ladies.

There were bright LED lights around the campsite which stayed on all night. Not great for a good nights sleep.

A aimé Great location and non electric pitches very quiet. Good pub in staggering distance. Clean facilities.

N'a pas aimé No reception you just sort of pitch up and get on with it, nor is there a campsite shop for those camping essentials (milk, bread, bacon).

A aimé What a perfect site peaceful away from madding crowds. Clean site, grass not to long and kept well. Lots lovely people to meet

N'a pas aimé Unfortunately the pub closed Monday and Tuesday no food. Yes i agree staff have to have time off never mind we enjoyed sitting by the river waiting the ferry crossing back and too.

A aimé Nice walk to Reedham village, but not many choices of walking with dog anywhere off the site. The grass was kept nice in the big field. Interesting to watch the ferry.

N'a pas aimé There are not enough toilets for so many people. Only 4 for the women and 2 for men. The block at the top end near the pub had a sign saying 'these toilets no longer in use'. This is something that is important when there are so many camping in tents etc. Never saw a member of staff apart from the man cutting the grass. We were without hook-up so managed in the overflow field, but looking at the electric side, it looked a bit crowded with everyone parked in different ways. No real structure and a bit chaotic. Rubbish bags were piled up in the 'bin area' which clearly got worse over time.

Peaceful site with pub and restaurant just outside site with lovely views over the river, great spot to sit and watch the boats go by

A aimé The area was lovely. Local pub served good beer

N'a pas aimé Your name was on a board as you drove on the site with your pitch number on it. No map to tell you where to go so driving round trying to find your pitch.
The pitches were very close together and poorly laid out
Toilets not clean and for the amount of pitches not enough.
The site was not well maintained
We booked for four nights and stayed one.

A aimé Location was interesting being below the water level from River Yare was weird

N'a pas aimé Facilities were incredibly tired. The entire site was down to one functional gents loo. One loo and shower block was completely closed. Adjoining pub did food a couple of days per week but cost twice as much as it should. Barking dogs all night didn’t help.
