Me gustó Peaceful quiet site, friendly clientele. Plenty of space for our dog to sniff around and great dog walks nearby. We walked to the Severn path from the campsite and a short drive to Shawley Wood where we saw muntjac dear. Lots of birds at the campsite and on walks. Facilities seem minimal at first glance but inside they're clean, spacious and homely. Owner comes round regularly, very helpful and made us feel welcome.
Views are gorgeous- wide vista around the Severn Valley from the front of our campervan and distant views of the Malvern hills from our rear window. This is our second visit.

No me gustó Hot water seemed to run cold occasionally but went hot again fairly quickly.

Spotting muntjac deer at Shawley Wood sounds like a lovely experience, and it’s great to hear you enjoyed the walks down towards the Severn path too.

We’re especially glad you found the facilities clean and welcoming, and that the wide views across the Severn Valley and towards the Malvern Hills made your stay memorable. No me gustó One shower out of action - just unfortunate but there were a dozen or so full pitches- many of families so sharing one shower was a stretch

We do apologise about the shower being out of action during your stay. Unfortunately these things can occasionally happen unexpectedly, and we completely understand that with a busy site this would have been inconvenient. We appreciate your understanding and always work to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We are pleased to say that the shower has now been repaired and both are in full working order.

Showers although they may look strange, are just fab, sort of open to the elements yet hot and really nice to use.
Tom the owner is very friendly and very helpful

Me gustó Lovely views, flat pitches, facilities are all you could ask for. Perfect for a relaxing time without to much fuss.

Local area great for walks and pubs, plenty to see further a field.

Tom couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful, always on hand if needed.

Me gustó This site has great views from its hilltop location. It is a relatively small site but the facilities you need are there - toilets, showers, washing up area. They are good and kept very clean. There is hot water for washing up.
If you are there at the right time of year there are skylarks - which I hadn't seen or heard for years. I was there in mid-April and was able sit in my tent in morning, listening to Vaughan Williams' The Lark Ascending on my phone while hearing the skylarks outside. Not for everyone, I guess, but for me, it was kind of magical.

Me gustó Lovely warm welcome, scenic views, easy to find, basic setup for the facilities but like a little touch of rustic. Value for the money.
Tom even spared the time to talk of the history of the family and reason of the campsite. Sounds like a genuine family man! Keep up the good work
