Me gustó Quiet, easy to find, clean, tidy, good facilities and personal touches from owners

Our son loved the play area, and the donkeys, I just wish we would of had found this place earlier in the year to enjoy the pool.

Me gustó Simple, no-frills campervan site with everything needed for an overnight stay. While the facilities are basic, they were perfectly adequate and suited our needs. Ideal for a one-night stop when travelling through the area.

Me gustó Stayed for one night in my campervan and with my son who was trying out his new tent box, Great site lovely spacious pitches. Toilets and facilities were spotless, weather wasn’t great on arrival but that didn’t spoil our stay. You can hire out fire pits with kindling and logs which I’d recommend, the site is very peaceful and in a good location not too far from Leek which is a lovely little town. Louis the owner is a very accommodating friendly guy he recommended one of the locals the reform inn probably about a 15 minute walk, great selection of beers and the food was Good had a toasted steak sandwich 👌 will definitely return to Anzio hopefully for longer next time

Short walk to lovely pub!

No me gustó Nothing to complain about. We arrived when the weather was awful so everywhere looked a bit drab. When we woke up in the morning and the sun was shining, the place looked completely different!! Lovely scenery and the cutest little donkeys!!

Me gustó we soooo loved this place and carnt wait to come back-we arrived quite late but the owners came out to greet us and show us to our pitch
the next morning we went to a farm shop just across the road to get some supplies for breakfast which set us up for the day
leek town had a great market and visited the roaches for a trek on the rocks
was told we didnt have to leave at any specific time on on departure so had a quiet morning just listening to the birds and the kids playing
toilets and showers were spotless
looking to return very soon :0)

as a member of the polish community and the hardship and injustice our people had to endure during and after the second World War, we find your review and comments to our work here at anzio heritage camp - not only disgusting but absolutely unacceptable !
whatever your motivation for leaving such despicable comments we hope pitch up take the necessary action to remove and sanction you from this platform totally.

Me gustó A lovely quiet site close to local walks and pubs with great food. Would definitely use again.

Me gustó My kid absolutely loved the play area, I really loved the trees and listening to the birdsong, and my husband really rated the toilets! Love how chilled out it was, we will definitely be coming back :)

No me gustó The campsite has quiet hours after 9pm but the pub down the road was pretty loud til at least past 11. Not the campsite owner’s fault at all and it will depend on your van’s level of soundproofing as to whether it bothers you or not, it didn’t wake my kid up so I didn’t mind.
