Not quite enough toilets for size of site. . Although very clean.

It's a nice, small and peaceful site. Gordon is very friendly and helpful. The price we paid was fantastic with the use of showers and the shower/toilet block was always clean. The nearest pub is a 15 minute walk. Lovely pub, but be aware, dogs only allowed outside.

The meadows is quite hilly compared to the electric pitches, levelling blocks required.
It's also unlit on a night and quite a walk to the toilet block from where I was parked.
No real minuses bearing in mind the price we paid for two nights on August bank holiday. We have paid more for a hilly field with porta loos.

Beautiful location. Small site set approx halfway between two lovely villages each with nice pubs/restaurants, mini supermarkets. Only approx 20 mins from A1 too so easy to get to. Gorgeous river walks. Warden, Gordon, couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, thank you. New toilet blocks are lovely.

Very helpful owner. Late check in possible. Flat pitches. Clean toilet and shower block. Plenty of hot water and great showers.

Building site very near pitch 5 constant noise from contractors, poor access to new facilities toilet seats were poorly fitted and looked cheap hand dryer a waist of time
Appears no site rules as access code gives access 24hrs.( next site t4 allowed to come on site at 11.40pm) with door closure for 15/20 minutes. Difficulty walking on the pich due to sizes of stone work laid. Not the quite few days we expected to top it off the bins were full and no recycling

A lovely site against a wonderful backdrop. Easy to access. We'll set out with pitches on terraces to ensure they're flat. Facilities were clean with hot showers, toilets and washing up area. We were welcomed by Gordon who was extremely helpful. Prudhoe is a lovely area, 35 minutes from Newcastle. Would definitely stay again.

Not really a dislike, but he ground was very hard for pegging a tent. Extra strong pegs needed. It certainly felt secure once set up 😁

This appears to be a up and coming site they are currently upgrading Thier toilet/shower block.
We have already recommended this site to other family members all whom use campers, caravans & tents we will be returning.

I took my grandsons for a wonderful around the site, they were on their bikes.we did avoid the private members only area where the sign stated it however we did enter the what appears to a new area for static caravans with rather afew for sale. I am interested in buying a static however I was put off by a gentleman in his caravan telling me kids weren't allowed in that area, I explained we were only walking through back to our pitch but I found him extremely rude. He had the cheek saying children couldn't be on bikes or play (again we were passing through From the old toilet block)

We were met by the very friendly warden who showed us where to pitch up and explained where everything was.

Lovely site, clean toilet and shower block, very easy access, I like that you get sent entry details via e-mail so you can enter as soon as you arrive.
