The park has down a lot of work since I was there last year, new toilet block and dish washing facilities are amazing, excellent base camp for exploring Northumberland

Lovely surroundings, lovely facilities and friendly and helpful warden.

Gordon was really helpful and friendly and greeted us on arrival. We loved the location- very peaceful. Loved listening to the owls and birds in the evenings and mornings! The toilet and shower block were lovely and kept clean. The showers themselves were great- powerful enough and could be removed from the stand. Washing up facilities also very good.

Friendly manager, peaceful rural position, spacious pitches.

Toilet block much too small for size of site (only two cubicles each for men and ladies), also unfinished surfaces outside...trenches and loose pipes everywhere.

Great site and facilities, great location for nice walks, pubs and shops.

Much improved since our last visit a year ago. New toilet/shower block. Newly hedges pitches. Friendly helpful warden. Clean, tidy. Bus into Newcastle stops outside site on request.

Gordon the warden is a credit to the site cannot do enough to help you, the town of ovingham is a short walk away with a lovely pub

The camping field is on a slope and all flatter spots were taken

So clean, peaceful and well looked after. Lovely staff, especially the groundsman.

Could possibly do with another waste water location as it’s a long walk from one end to it’s location.
