Liked: Toilet were nice and clean. The site is still being built but looks like it will be nice once complete.
Disliked: When we arrived there was no one on site so we rang the wardens number serveral times who didn't answer. We then worked out what pitch we should be on so made our way there only to find someone else already pitched there. We then tried to ring the warden again but again no answer.

Liked: The campsite was very nice and it had a beautiful view, the facilities like toilets and shower were pristine aswell so it was a very enjoyable experience
Disliked: i wish the pitches were a bit bigger, i paid extra for the car slot and its was very cramped for 2 cars and a tent so it would of been nicer if they were bigger. I also wished they spaced everyone out, on our row there was only 3 other campers and we were all next to eachother. we had this really creepy dude next to us and we were quite afraid to go to sleep. obviously not the campsites fault but would have been nice if we were not right next to them cause there was plenty of other spaces instead of cramping the only 3 people there right next to eachother. apart from that it was absolutely lovely and i would defo recommend it to others.

Disliked: The new shower / toilet block was dirty with no toilet paper. The showers have nowhere to put any of your things other than 1 hook.
There is no warden onsite despite the welcome email saying there is, therefore no one to keep an eye on antisocial behaviour or dogs off lead, and a general lack of security.
Pitch T1 has a drain inspection lid with a strong foul smell coming from it.
There is now only 1 washing up area in a tiny filthy room.
Massively overpriced.

We are very sorry to hear that the new toilet and shower block was not presented to the standard we expect during your stay. These are brand-new facilities which we have invested in to improve the experience for our guests, so it is particularly disappointing to hear that cleanliness and restocking fell short. We will be addressing this with the team.
We have recently made some changes to the team set-up at the park, and we appreciate that some of the information provided prior to your stay regarding the warden arrangements needs updating. We will review this to ensure guests have the correct contact information should they require assistance during their stay.
We did also want to clarify your comments regarding the washing-up facilities. New washing-up facilities are located within the new toilet and shower block. From your description of a small separate room, we believe you may have used the older washing-up facility rather than the new facilities. We will review the signage on park to make sure the location of the new facilities is as clear as possible for guests.
Thank you also for bringing the issue at Pitch T1 to our attention, along with your comments regarding storage within the showers. We will ensure these points are reviewed by the park team.
Your feedback regarding the welcome information is also helpful. Local knowledge is important, and we will review the recommendations provided to guests, including the nearby facilities and walking routes around Prudhoe and Ovingham.
We are sorry that, on this occasion, you did not feel your stay represented good value. As the park continues to develop, our aim is to provide facilities and standards that reflect the experience we want our guests to have.

Liked: Good access to the site, very clean both male and female toilets and showers are excellent. Very quite overnight.
Disliked: Better signage for the Meadow grass pitch. Couldn't find our pitch, a few numbered pegs would help.

Liked: Enjoyed the stop over, the site, and the guests on site were great.
Disliked: I was on Meadows 1, the pitch would be better levelled, my caravan looked like it was ready for take off.
Slightly clearer instructions about pitch location. When I arrived a car and van was aimed at the uphill barrier and had to reverse beside me to turn right onto the touring pitch.
Earlier notification would be good, I only got barrier code 5 minutes before leaving home. Without code, that could have been a problem.

Liked: Good, clean facilities for tourers. Peaceful, with nice views and an easy walk to the village pub and the Newcastle-Carlisle train line.
Disliked: The meadow field is steeply sloping so the only level pitches are at the bottom, which is less attractive. The new owners have made the site nice but just a few little additions are needed - more hooks for clothes and washbags in the showers and washroom, please, and clear signage for drinking water tap.

Disliked: All the grass is dead makes it impossible to peg your tent nothing to do around the area.
