Primitive grass RV campsite
Liked Lovely spacious field with good views. Clean toilets and showers. Picnic tables. Pub and cafe etc in village within easy walking distance.
Disliked Not exactly disliked as we got a picnic table but could maybe do with a few more so more people could use them.

Primitive cement/asphalt and grass campervan campsite
Liked Facilities, especially shared communal areas, seats and chairs, cafe, shop, fire pits.
Beautiful surroundings and lovely area. Close to small town with shops and pubs etc.
Disliked Slightly pricey for a non electric campervan pitch. The lack of electric hookup may be a negative for a longer stay.

Primitive grass and earth campsite
Liked Near lots of nice walks next to the River Trent. Also 10 minutes walk to a lovely friendly pub serving food (till 8pm) and real ale.
Toilets are clean and there is an inside kitchen area too with a microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and washing up sinks which is a lovely touch and very helpful.
Plenty of space on the pitches too. Recommended!

Farmhouse Field powered grass campsite
Liked Beautiful views, walk to beach where we saw a seal, clean toilets, lovely hot and free showers (no messing about trying to find 20ps!), friendly reception staff, lovely big field where you can choose where to pitch and lots of picnic benches to use all round the campsite. Indoor area you can use out of the wind if needed too, we didn’t need it because we were in a campervan but can see it would be very useful sometimes.

FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely clean toilet and shower block and I liked the music playing it there too, couldn’t help having a little dance and sing along every time I went in there! Nice to be right next to the woods and hear the birds singing too. The site is also an easy walk to the local pubs and about half an hour’s walk to a good Indian restaurant (the curry lounge).
Disliked It was all good.
