Paddock powered grass campsite
Liked Good pitch, nearby facilities, spotlessly clean. Good chicken at the takeaway!
Disliked Reception. We were not informed that the reception for tourers was closed, despite receiving a welcome email a few hours before arrival. We had to turn round a long caravan with great difficulty due to a badly parked car and return to Main Reception. The Receptionist was not interested in my frustration and when she tried to explain where we should be going was incredibly difficult to understand

All-weather FHU gravel travel trailer campsite (premium)
Liked Beautifully situated, newly opened site with well spaced out, flat, serviced pitches, except for WiFi and TV. Very helpful and friendly Wardens, doing an excellent job under very difficult circumstances.
Disliked The site is clearly not yet finished. We paid top price for a work in progress. The Men’s Showers/WC was not in use and had just one disabled facility available for men and disabled to use. The Ladies Showers/WC had no washbasins, I doubt if this is actually legal. The shower cubicles themselves were very spacious, but had no hooks or benches to keep your possessions clean, dry and off the floor. The floor was constantly puddled with mud - the provision of a floor scraper blade would have solved this. There is no WiFi whatsoever and we couldn’t get a TV signal. There is no recycling for rubbish, just a general skip which was overflowing and no dog waste bins. There are no speed bumps on the internal site. One camper in particular drove far to fast round the site which had a lot of free running/playing children. All in all a very expensive site for poor facilities.
