From the manager: We are disappointed with your low score as we aim to offer all guests a peaceful and clean site. You practically had the field to yourself on 19th with only one other current camper and one VW as it was mid week. Only 2 more joined the field on you second day. We don't offer entertainment. Our ethos is peace and tranquility with excellent views, as your photographs evidence. We ask all campers to leave toilets and showers as they find them and they are regularly checked through out the day. We are not sure what you mean by your mark for customer service. We do not intrude on guests privacy but we are evident on the field and in reception should guests need anything. We offer free hot showers with hair dryers and heating. We offer free WIFI and a pod to charge phones, free of charge. As you didn't qualify your marks with comments, we do not know what your actual complaint is about us. If you were unhappy about anything, you could have come to reception and your complaint could have been dealt with immediately.
