Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Fantastic location and extremely helpful staff. We cannot speak highly enough about David and Martyn who went above and beyond for us! We were staying at Speculation Meadow for three nights while walking the Milford Haven section of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a challenge which would have been more difficult with limited public transport in the area. However, David and Martyn were extremely gracious in providing lifts....for free....to the start of point of our walk on two different days. Now THAT'S great service, especially as the PCP is what drew us to the area in the first place. Having the pub on site with well-priced food and drink options every night was a real bonus too. Happy campers are return campers....
Disliked There was nothing we disliked. We would only mention that the campsite is in its first year of operation and, as such, the shower block / washing up facilities are in need of improving and expanding but we are sure this will happen as the site continues to (deservedly) improve in popularity and visitor numbers.

Liked Spacious pitches, great location on the coast path close to Instow, fantastic facilities, superb access to the Tarka Trail. We have just enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at Tarka Trail Camping and would definitely return.
Disliked Minor issues - water temperature slightly low.
Relative to other, similar sites, slightly overpriced.

Liked Beautiful location, fabulous pub with great service and food. Very friendly welcome too. Showers were excellent. Good value for money.
We're coming back....
Disliked Couldn't find an elsan point.
Lack of wifi, but we knew this would be the case, so not a problem! Let's be honest, we all need more time off our phones anyway....

Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Superb location in beautiful Dent.
Walks around Dent from the campsite.
Neighbouring heritage museum.
Disliked Check-in. We arrived a little late due to traffic, but there was a distinct lack of help, welcome and advice on arrival. It is not immediately obvious where the site's facilities are as it is a split site, but we eventually managed to figure things out for ourselves. Other late arrivals had similar experiences to us.
The wifi was non-existent. The login details supplied just didn't work.
The hardstanding motorhome pitches were poorly managed. It was basically a free-for-all, and as a result, a lack of space between pitches meant that we did feel a bit crammed in.
The site was under-staffed. Consequently, we didn't feel particularly welcome on arrival, although staff were more helpful the following day.

(no awning) powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite (maximum 6 metres)
Liked Superb location with beautiful views
Ease of booking in.
Excellent facilities, clean and modern.
Great value for money.
No fuss camping.
Will definitely return, and will definitely recommend to friends.
Disliked A personal touch would have been appreciated. Whilst it was lovely to be able to just pull up onto our pre-labelled pitch, it would have been really helpful, and a nice touch, for someone to have popped by to check all was OK. Having said that, we knew where to go if there were any issues. Fortunately there were none.
