Liked Great countryside feel on a working farm with great space and surroundings. Very quiet at night and onsite water and electric hook up.
Disliked Could do with a chemical dump point, or make it clear that it’s ok to empty in portaloo responsibly.

Liked Location and friendly staff, I also enjoyed the wee oggie waggon by the West Highland Way path (it has cold beer). Fine for our needs on this trip.
Disliked The site is a bit worn, especially for the cost. I certainly felt like I got more for £10 less in Balloch the next night. Some site discipline required too, because cars were parked in the motorhome service bay preventing use. Also non residents wondering around and using toilets.

Liked Great pitch in section C …flat, quiet and great location. Really appreciated the warden moving me after I refused section A, which is on the wonk. Fourth decade of Campervanning and I’ve started refusing to get my levellers out when paying more than £30! Maybe I’ve just turned into a grumpy old tourer, but I think we need to make a stand. We should charge them £5 a block :-).
Disliked All good.

Liked Nice space in less busy end of the site and ideal for a transit stop. Excellent price point too, especially with EHU included. Passing traffic / motor cycle noise from A84 dies off into the evening.

From the manager: Hi Allan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the quieter location of your pitch and found it ideal for a convenient stopover. It’s great to know you felt the pricing offered good value too, especially with the electric hook-up included. We appreciate your comments regarding the nearby road noise. As you noted, it does tend to settle down in the evening, but we understand it may be noticeable at times and thank you for highlighting this for future guests. It’s wonderful to hear that you would recommend us and consider returning—we’d be delighted to welcome you back again. Safe travels, Gerry Park Manager

Liked Location was perfect for a hike up to Bridge of Orchy and train back. Great spaces with views Southbound over Loch Lomond. Handy for a cheeky pint in the Lomond bar too 🤙. Good facilities for dumping and ditching gash.
Disliked We felt that the toilet block needed a deep clean, actually any kind of clean.

Liked Quiet, friendly, out of the way little CL with a location that suited us for the Berwickshire Coastal Path. Especially with the Berwick to Galashiels bus stopping at the bottom of the lane. Electric, water, dump point and bins all great.
Disliked Not a dislike as such, but we felt the field was big enough for more spaced out pitches. Accepting that the field narrows so challenging for caravans further up.
