Liked We have just had a lovely couple of nights at the laurels! Close to Ingoldmells and skegness. Very quiet site where the owners were happy and very helpful. Everyone seemed friendly and respectful of others. We came with our 4 year old who loved seeing the chickens. Plenty of room on the pitches and toilet blocks were very clean. We had breakfast at the snack bar which was lovely. We hoping to come back in a couple of weeks.

Liked How friendly the site was and how the manager was walking around site and helping people in. Also how close it was it to shops and the York City centre

Disliked I honestly prefer a hard standing pitch but if I'm honest it was still a nice site site for a grass pitch

Liked We've been here twice. Once in August which was our first experience in a our caravan too. We came with our 2 children one being a teen. It was nice for him to be able to wonder around as the site felt safe. He really enjoyed the aquapark along with my husband and my toddler loved watching everyone fall off. The second time we came was in October. It was a last minute weekend away. Although the weather wasn't as warm we still had fun. We came this time with my toddler and the dog. There was still loads to do. My toddler loves going around on his bike and splashing in puddles. He really loved the arcade. On the Sunday we went to the bar and had a carvery. The food was amazing and we were highly impressed! It was great to be able to take the dog in the pub. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly

Liked Staff were friendly on arrival. We had a fully serviced pitch next to the water park. Park was beautiful. We had a 2 year old who enjoyed a paddle in the lake and loved playing in the sand. Bar areas all clean.

Disliked The toilets could of done with extra cleans throughout the day. At some point there was no toilet roll in any of the toilets. People were turning them to get to a new roll but all were empty. Showers full of sand and hair. Like I said it could do 3hourly checks. For such a big site I was shocked there wasn't a chip shop, burger King etc
