What customers say
This large, well-kept site offers fishing, an aqua park, arcade, and bars/restaurants. Staff are friendly, facilities clean & pitches spacious. Great for Mablethorpe. Some guests mention noise from roads/campers, occasional restroom cleanliness issues, and electric costs.

Lovely staff, lovely views and all around a nice place to visit
Powered grass travel trailer or tent campsite
Liked Cleanliness around pitches, location of pitches, plenty of things to do for the children too. Will definitely be back
Disliked Shower block didn’t seem maintained which I do believe isn’t up to the site management but guests themselves. Especially those with children. Noticed a few times smaller children not being watched in the toilet/shower blocks and messing with toilet roll and mud everywhere.

Good pitches clean toilets and showers…
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Good pitches clean toilets and showers site was lovely good food in the bar only problem was not being able to put on wind breakers up as the ground was too hard with the gravel so make sure you have proper pegs for this we didnt just the normal pegs you get other than that we enjoyed our stay

Great site, big pitches, everything you need for a few days away
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked The site has changed since last time was here, more hardstanding pitches.site was clean and tidy as we're shower and toilet block.all staff were friendly,5 lakes to fish in fished all and caught some great fish.there is a shop on site,Costa, arcades and entertainment, of which I didn't use as was fishing from dawn until dusk, and came prepared for once.
Not 2 far to bike into mablethorpe, or there is a bus stop outside gate.all seasonal folks were happy to have a chat.
Disliked Not a dislike but was a bit of drain smell from toilet block near aqua park, probably took a pounding over bank holiday

Overall good
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Spacious pitch, fully serviced. Good views over lake
Shower and toilet block clean
Disliked Dishwash area limited, dirty and sink blocked.
Bins placed too near pitch and consequently noisy and smelly.
More commercial and touristy than I prefer.
