Trowbridge, Wiltshire, England
Power optional cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Lovely pub , food looked fantastic although we did not eat , nice well kept pint of bitter and cider , good location and very good value
Disliked Only downside was we were told that the door to the pub toilets would be opened at around 930am , but dispute trying the door between 9:20am and 10:30am it was never opened , the non hook up parking is just in the pub car park , the dedicated camper van parking is at the front and actualy closer to the road

Liked Fantastic location on the road In to bath , a five min bus ride away , outside of the clean air zone
Disliked A little road noise but not intrusive , also we were at the front of the site nearest the road

Liked Nice little site , showers are nice and hot and powerful , good fire pits. Walking distance to the woodman's arms pub that serves very good pub food , catch the 63 bus from longcot to faringdon for a bit of shopping , this site is ideal for young family's due to the petting farm next door
Disliked Farm shop has a limited range of produce , if you look at the website you would think a large selection of meats and products were forsale but this is very much seasonal and when we visited it was eggs or sausages , lack of footpaths so walking on roads but the traffic is not to bad , would be a good base to explore the local area but not in a camper

Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked Location location location, this site is a easy 50min walk to Salisbury avoiding main roads, the owner has supplied QR codes for walks leaving the farm to local attractions like the cathedral and local village and pub , really well located for dog walks or cycling , basic but spotlessly clean toilets and showers , although this is only a small site it has stunning views and is in a fantastic location , will return fora longer stay in the future
