Inveruglas, Argyll, Scotland
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Loch on site perfect for paddle boarding
Staff really lovely even give us a doggy gift bag with a few biscuits in it, poo bags and a dog towel really helpful.
Hedges around each pitch
Disliked Disliked that there was only one shower for girls and one shower in boys between the whole camping bit could do with more. The toilet roll could be done with being check more although they where there cleaning every more there was 2 times I went when they was no toilet roll. Although we had to pay extra for awning we where disappointed that we couldn’t actually drill the pegs into the ground so couldn’t put it up correctly luckily it wasn’t windy so managed putting only some of the guide ropes drilled into the boarders where the hedges are

Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Everything was a nice quiet site facility’s really clean and cafe was lovely. Not far from park and ride and also a bus stop right outside the site will definitely be coming back again
Disliked Nothing someone who is local did recommend to park somewhere else as a few of the front piches tend to flood but looked like they where fixing this problem when we where there we had no issues
Would also recommend a long extension if using electric as they are quite far away

Camping pod (five person)
Liked Peaceful area toilets were clean and showers lovely and warm. Pod was clean and liked how there was something to clip the dog to. Really liked that it was dog friendly.
Disliked Says they have a shop but don’t nothing on the shelves and never open. Seems to be no staff around everything was closed at checkout and no one new where you are meant to hand keys into would be nice for a member of staff to come and say hope you enjoyed your stay.
Also would be nice for the pub to have more food choices and to do breakfast. The beds were not the comfiest but alright for the 2 nights we were there. Would be nice for them to supply bedding without paying extra like most places do. First night there was a strong smell of weed not nice
