What customers say
Guests love the gorgeous loch-side spot, friendly staff, and clean, private spots. However, many note too few, often unclean, shower/toilet facilities for the number of campers. WiFi is often spotty or costs extra. Some mention road and train noise.

Liked Nice views
Disliked At 6:10 PM, the reception was unattended, and the shop was closed. The restroom and shower facilities were found to be in an untidy state. Our parking location adjacent to the wooden structure resulted in significant noise disturbance from individuals accessing the facilities. Furthermore, the outdoor cleaning area presents an inconvenience during inclement weather conditions..

Liked Loch on site perfect for paddle boarding
Staff really lovely even give us a doggy gift bag with a few biscuits in it, poo bags and a dog towel really helpful.
Hedges around each pitch
Disliked Disliked that there was only one shower for girls and one shower in boys between the whole camping bit could do with more. The toilet roll could be done with being check more although they where there cleaning every more there was 2 times I went when they was no toilet roll. Although we had to pay extra for awning we where disappointed that we couldn’t actually drill the pegs into the ground so couldn’t put it up correctly luckily it wasn’t windy so managed putting only some of the guide ropes drilled into the boarders where the hedges are

Good views
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Convenient location with views over Loch Lomond. Small facility block, only one shower in each so could be a bit limiting and did not take long for the floor to look filthy. Pitches were terraced and hedged giving a bit of privacy. Small play area next to the Loch and space to launch.
Disliked A bit of traffic noise as the pitches were adjacent to the road. This would have been useful to know before arrival.

Liked Loved the beach and views
Disliked Noise from road, trains thundering past. Would have been nice for a bit of grass for awning. Toilets not clean and no toilet roll. We arrived at 7.20pm and no staff, never seen anyone at all
