Liked Great customer service. Owners even helped us purchase train tickets. Nice quite site.

Disliked Some of the pitches / borders were very overgrown on what looked like permenant sites. Not so much a dislike, but the smell of cow poo waa very promenant in the heat.

Liked Very tidy, well maintained site. Great sized pitches. Liked the radio playing in the toilet / showers. Shower / toilet areas kept comfortably warm.

Liked The view from the lake area of Mont Blanc was incredible! You can tell that in the 40's / 50's it would have been a much bigger functioning resort, but areas are now in disrepair or fenced off but this did not detract from us spending time by the lake and swimming in it! There is a bar on the lake and lunch / dinner is available if required. The campsite was lovely and quiet and we were allowed to pick our own pitch. The shower / toilet facilities were modern and clean. The owners are friendly and accomodating. A short walk away is a larger lake with a bar and resurant which provides an alternative if you enjoy swimming and watersports.

Disliked Washing machine on the camp could use an upgrade

Liked We liked the friendliness of the staff, and the feel.of the campsite. Great having an indoor swimming pool available, and the resturant was clean, not cramped and served great food! Site was very clean and well maintained.

Disliked Nothing really other than the 2 times we stopped there we were given the same pitch which wasn't very private aa the hedge wasn't all the way round the back and other campers kept using as a walk through to the pool. Also just a heads up, no toilet roll in the toilets, so make sure you are prepared :-)
