Disliked: The way the electric is to be supplied - need to use tech , ie download app etc.
Also entrance road could do with potholes being filled in

We are trialling the electric app as a step towards metered usage next year - it is good to know what people think and we will take that on board for when we launch it next year.
The drive is next on our list - we are currently waiting on planning permission to alter it and are looking forward to starting work at the end of this season.

Liked: The surroundings were beautiful, close to a lovely village and the reception/shop offered an array of snacks and goodies. The shower facilities were well maintained.
Disliked: The downside was the portaloo which was situated directly next to our given numbered pitch. The smell was awful so we had to move our tent set up further away to avoid the smell, and hope that no one was given the next slot

Sorry for the portaloo - it was brought in temporarily for a private event and should have been collected before your stay—this was an oversight on my part - I should have checked it was collected. Liked: We really enjoyed our weekend away. The site is clean and tidy. Pitches are a good size. The staff are fantastic and very helpful even cooking us food when I think we ordered late. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely go back.

Liked: Lovely clean campsite, Welfare facilities were top notch, clean and welcoming. The owners are obviously very proud of it and have put money into it to make it as nice as possible because it shows.
Disliked: My fault entirely for arriving after reception closed.... but I would have liked the option for an honesty box so I could have paid for hire of a fire pit (they are all stored outside to be taken to your pitch but I didn't use one as I didnt pay).
Also more a word of warning to motorcycle campers, the entrance road to site has loose gravel on it so something to watch out for if on road tyres.

Liked: Staff were amazing, site was spotless and fully equipped, entertainment on site when we arrived was a bonus. Shop and facilities were well stocked and fresh food available. We had a wheelchair user with us and nothing was too much trouble for the staff in assisting us.
