On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 15 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €20.00 ($21.26) fee.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Caseta Guardas.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/01 and 09/15.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7:30 a.m..
• The bar is open between 03/26 and 09/30.
• The grocery shop is open between 04/01 and 09/30.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 03/28 and 09/30.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €100.00 ($106.31) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 ($63.79) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 04/17 and 09/30 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 03/29 and 10/18.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 8 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
