On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 1 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a €30.00 ($31.08) fee.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Bar.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/05 and 08/30.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 05/24 and 08/30.
• The games room is open between 05/24 and 08/30.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 07/05 and 08/30.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €450.00 ($466.14) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 3 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €150.00 ($155.38) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 05/24 and 08/30.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/24 and 08/30 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from 12:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 05/24 and 07/04.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 07/05 and 08/30.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 a.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 8 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
