Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 1 day(s) of arrival.

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 06/07 and 29/08.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

Safety

• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a EUR480.00 ($779.91) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Bar.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a EUR30.00 ($48.74) fee.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 14/05 and 03/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/07 and 29/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 14/05 and 29/08.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

• The games room is open between 14/05 and 29/08.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 14/05 and 29/08.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 14/05 and 29/08 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 04/07 and 29/08.

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR180.00 ($292.47) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
