Glamping Sainte-Suzanne

Liked We have stayed at camp sites recommended by Pitchup for several years and have always found the sites to be excellent. The descriptions given on the Pitchup web site are always accurate and give information about the sites facilities, which is just what we need.
Our 2 night stay at Glamping Sainte Suzanne, was just lovely, with staff being helpful and keen to please at all times. The site is operated by a young couple who work hard to please and this is reflected in the atmosphere around the camp.
The site has shared access to a nearby outdoor leisure pool, which is a great boon.
The facilities are typical of campsites in France and are really clean and well looked after.
The location suited our holiday plans and was within a bike ride of where we were able to watch a stage of the Tour de France which passed through the nearby town of Laval.
As usual, we will be booking with Pitchup next year to reserve sites which are near the planned route of the Tour de France, which is easy to do using the search facility of the website

Liked Peaceful site. Level pitch. Friendly welcome. Gentle walk into the town.

Disliked The pitchup photos mislead us. We thought the swimming pool was on site. It’s a public separate facility next door a d was closed the day we stayed.

The communal pool is open from July to August. It's adjacent to the campsite and is free for our Glampers.

Liked Very warm welcome on our arrival with all the information that we needed. Very close to the Medieval village. The camping was very clean & tidy.

Liked Everything really!! Location near to the Fort ruin, the manager so helpful, showers and toilets first class, water hose available, washing and drying facilities, dish washing spacious and very good. Would deffo stay again !!

Liked My friend and I toured the region on motorcycle, we done glamping , the site was very clean, and the young couple running it could not have been more friendly and helpful

Liked Absolutely perfect. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was glorious- clean and well equipped. Facilities were always clean and in good order. Site had a peaceful and friendly vide. We were only meant to stay one night but decided to stay a second in this gem.
