Liked Have stayed here before.
Beautiful location around the big lake.
Showers and toilets are clean and work fine.
Gated access for security.
Disliked Some other guests letting off fireworks which was a nice display but the rockets came close to hitting our van roof.
This is not allowed by the owners and they were helpful when i raised my concerns.

Liked The lakeside pitches were brilliant. Simple but all you needed. Power and water on the pitch, levelish ground.
Stunning outlook watching the fish jump and the sun on the water was perfect.
The lady who checked us in was lovely. Tolerated my poor french and helped me out in English when my talent ran out.

Disliked The initial impression of the site does not do the camping area justice. Lots of statics and a bit of a messy driveway. I thought I’d made a mistake booking until I saw where we were going to stay.
Toilets and showers - functional. I really don’t want to knock the site because the pitch was so good, but the toilet and shower block needs updating/ upgrading. Not necessarily dirty just very tired. However the water was hot and the toilets had loo roll.
If you’re using your own toilet and shower facilities then ignore the above.

Liked Friendly welcome. Beautiful lakeside setting. Great for fishing (we don't fish). We saw a neighbour catch a huge fish! Good size pitch with all facilities working.
Excellent cycle routes nearby.
Disliked Facilities working but basic and not very clean. The site is mostly residential with tourers almost an afterthought. We were very distracted by a neglected dog on the next pitch which was left tied up outside for more than 24 hours unattended and kept whining for our attention. We reported this to staff who said people on this pitch worked late and left dog behind. We thought this animal neglect unacceptable and it really spoilt our stay.

Nous avons déjà appelé Terroir deux fois pour la collecte des ordures, mais ils ne la ramassent qu'une fois toutes les deux semaines, même en pleine saison.

Top tip: order your bread and croissants etc the night before for fresh ones to collect at reception the next day. Such a treat!
