Camping de la Vallée

喜欢 A very scenic camping spot with electric hook up right on the lake. We had three very enjoyable days, mostly spent fishing, and my husband caught some huge carp around the 20lb mark. One of our camping neighbours caught a sturgeon weighing about 10lb. We cycled along the nearby cycle route to the lovely town of Luneray with its stunning architecture and then back via a route bordered by fields of barley and linseed. We will definitely return!

喜欢 Welcome, cleanliness of facilities, although dated and needed a 1 euro token, it was hot and lasted long enough for good shower and hair wash. Pitch was nice size right on the lake, with electric so was ideal for hubby for fishing and me and dog to spectate and be on hand for photos. It was peaceful and had good night's sleep. Nice walk through wooded area to other side of lake, be careful when wet as slippery in areas. Almost everything you need for a remote break although not to far away from shop and town but would need to drive, unless you have other means of transport. We would stay again as we did enjoy our stay.

不喜欢 Distance from pitch to facilities was a good walk away, not great when raining. Could do with one the other end of the lake.
Laundry area needs update, great price but dryer needs replacing.
Also check dates for annual fishing events, although we were informed and offered another pitch it was after our reservaton so we decided to change plans and cut our stay short by a couple of days.

喜欢 Ourselves and our frriends, having been delayed 1.5 hours getting off the ferry in Calais, made our way to Camping de la Valee with a minute or two to spare before 7pm and found a warm welcome from our reception. Beautiful site overlooking the lake, great facilities and far too short a stay. We will be back!!

喜欢 Peaceful campsite with pitches facing the fishing lake. Tranquil and relaxing. Our second visit and will be returning again. A great start to trip in France.

喜欢 Lakeside pitch. Quiet with the sounds of nature, opportunity to fish on lake

不喜欢 Didn’t realise we needed a token for the shower (we were aware it was a €1. So tried to put this in the box, unfortunately reception wasn’t open until 9am so make sure you get a token for shower when you check in)

喜欢 View over the lake, central location to visit the area. Good supplies shop a couple of km to the north. Showers were hot, facilities ok.

不喜欢 After 24 hours on our pitch the one next door was taken by a large family group. Mainly Dads and kids, it was noisy but ok, then the Dads / Uncles got out the Jack Daniels and started playing music after 23:00 whilst some were night fishing. So we packed the caravan and drove out to the car park to get some sleep before heading off early for breakfast down the road. A bit unlucky on this site.

来自经理: Sorry to hear that. I didn't know this team of fishermen will not sleep and be so noisy. I was told of this in the morning. They actually bothered a lot of people but no one called the management. When some people are noisy at night I go to see them and ask them to stop. This group of fishermen will not be allowed to come again as we like our campsite to be tranquil. But I don't know if it's possible to make one full season without some troubles, sorry again it happened during your stay.
