is in the centre of Busselton, a small town on the south-western coast of Western Australia, 220km south of Perth. The site is within walking distance of the main swimming beach, restaurants, town centre and the Busselton Jetty and Underwater Observatory.

The site has a heated swimming pool, playground, a small shop, communal gas barbecues and a campers' kitchen with hot-plate, fridge, microwave and washing-up area. The toilet and shower amenities include baby bath facilities, and there is a launderette with washing machines and tumble dryers.

Busselton has plenty of water-based activities on offer, including swimming, fishing, kayaking, scuba diving and whale watching. Walkers and mountain bikers can explore the coastline or head to the trails of the Blackwood National Park. A 30km drive will take you to the Margaret River area, where you will find not only world-class wineries but also small producers of foods including olive oil, chocolate and cheese.

Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the on-site accommodations.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General
Bookings must not be for more than 90 consecutive nights.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Reception is open from 8.30 to 5.00 between March and December.

Safety

Visitors
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
Visitors must leave the premises by 10pm.
