Powered grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked A wonderful site! Peaceful, spacious, level, well-maintained, in a lovely rural area.
Spotless toilet/shower block, and all the practicalities are well-organised so it’s a very easy experience staying here.
Village shop a short walk away for essentials.
I enjoyed a combination of relaxing onsite and exploring offsite.
A big thank you to the amazingly helpful owners, especially for the fire-pit hire and the very useful info-sheets about walks/shops/places to eat the area.

Liked Lovely big, well kept field and spacious pitch. Very helpful and approachable owners.
Facilities central in the field so easily accessible and clean. No issues with paying for showers - and now we know we can indeed shower in under 5 minutes!

Liked Nice site but limited facilities hence lower score.
Disliked Only 2 showers and toilets per ladies and gents, wasn't an issue as we had on board facilities but it did become an issue as there are no motorhome grey tank facilities for you to offload your grey!
Disappointing to say the least.

From the manager: Thank you for your review. We’re glad you found our site nice during your Bank Holiday weekend stay. We always value constructive feedback, but it is important that we respond to factual errors in reviews. There are three ladies’ toilet cubicles; for gents there are two toilet cubicles and two urinals. For the size of our site, these shower and toilet facilities work well. The welcome sheet we give all guests on arrival explains that our grey waste facilities are near Reception. We have numerous regular motorhome guests who use these grey waste facilities with no issues. We are sorry you were dissatisfied and wish you all the best for your future motorhome trips.
Lovely spot, we would visit again.

Liked Such a beautiful site with a lovely river at the side. Everything is carefully looked after and the owners can’t do enough to help. We even accidently left a headphone at the campsite and they found it and posted it to us. 100% would recommend this site to stay at
