Primitive grass campsite
Liked Lovely campsite, the owner was friendly and welcoming. The pitches were very spacious and all the facilities were clean and tidy. It was lovely to see the lambs and chickens and the wildlife, very relaxing to wander and sit by the river. The site has a good little shop which we bought some burgers and eggs from the owners animals.
We will definitely return.

Lovely small campsite that was very peaceful and serene
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely small campsite that was very peaceful and serene. Absolute beautiful scenic views. Lovely walks with the dogs. The onsite facilities are very clean, tidy and spacious. The shower is fantastic. There is an elsan for your portaloo, dish washing facilities and a small shop onsite with fresh local produce almost every day. The owner Huw is very kind, helpful and friendly, explaining everything clearly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. The electric hook up pitches are on hard standing and fairly level. We will definitely be coming back again.
Disliked The hard standing made it difficult to set up the awning. The chipping hard standing was uncomfortable to walk on. Electric pylons do spoil the vista but that is something we have to put up with everywhere in the UK.

Lovely site! Friendly owners. Level pitches. I’ll be going back 😁
Primitive grass campsite
Liked I stayed on a non electric pitch just me and my dog. Absolutely beautiful location with lovely walks and views! The owners were lovely people and have an honesty box where you can buy eggs bacon and other local produce. Chemical disposal, shower available. Short distance from St Clears where there are a couple of pubs and local shops etc. honestly, I would recommend this site if you have a tent, camper van, motor home or caravan. The views are beautiful and the walks are more.
Disliked No hot water station to wash dishes etc but spoke to the owner and he said it’s next on the list of things to do.

Liked Loved walking around the grounds discovering various ponds and places to sit and relax. Right on the coastal path and lovely local walks too. Lovely view and peaceful site. Fab shop with local produce on site. Huw, very welcoming and chatty.
Disliked Another toilet and shower would be good, however, £15 a night is great value so happy with this.
