What customers say
This working farm campsite has spacious sites and friendly, helpful staff. Guests love the great location for exploring North Wales, with good bus service. While some find facilities basic and dated, they're generally clean and functional. Enjoy the rural atmosphere and farm animals. A few notes mention noise and potential crowding during busy periods.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Stayed 1 night on our first Campervan trip, booked non electric pitch in the bottom field(last on the left). Beautiful views on large flat field, receptionist young lady was friendly and check in quick and easy(she gave great food recommendation for Queens head pub 1 mile away)
Quiet(non school holidays)clean but basic facilities, location great for beautiful Colwyn bay beach.
Disliked Several large wheelie bins next to toilets full and no space to put rubbish.

Good but tired.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Price was good. Staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant and responsive to emails prior to arrival.
Disliked Toilet and shower blocks are from the 70’s and desperately desperately need a massive upgrade and overhaul.
We’d like to see newer facilities with more showers as the queue was huge on several days of our visit.

Would definitely come back.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Very spacious and we had some beautiful views, few horses next to us over the small lake. We stayed far away from everyone so it was a quiet night. We also mentioned to the staff that we might be a little later than 6pm and they said it was fine as the office shuts at 9pm, staff at reception were very friendly too.
Disliked The toilets weren’t too bad but definitely need some more lighting in the actual stalls.
