What customers say
Great farm campsite near Llandudno/Rhos on Sea via public transport. Staff are friendly & helpful, pitches spacious & atmosphere peaceful. Basic but clean facilities. Animal sightings a plus. Can get busy, with occasional noise/mud noted.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked N/A
Disliked Overpriced, overbooked and poor facilities.
No health and safety in place, too many people on site. - way over the 50/90 for EHU/NEHU.
Half a pitch of motor homes (20) but still plenty of room - not allowed to park, even though we were advised to park ‘anywhere’.
Facilities are really bad and outdated. Toilets are filthy and flooded with majority of taps not working.
Left at 6am to get home from a horrid weekend.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Lovely location and close to seaside resort of Rhos and Llandudno.
Disliked Toilets and shower. Very very very basic toilets that were disgusting. Majority had no toilet seats fitted, not pleasant. Shower basics but very limited for amount of people on site. Hot water all the time but very basic.

Wholesome weekend
Power optional cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Staff are friendly, you get what you pay for tbh, showers aren’t as bad as some of the reviews they have cleaning equipment in them for before and after. It’s a working farm at the end of the day it was just over bank holiday and we all still had a great time. People moaning about electric we used about £8 in total and we had air fryer on every morning, electric bbq in the evenings and a skylink connected all weekend so don’t think it’s the end of the world.
Disliked We struggled to do electric through QR code provided as we had terrible signal but the staff sorted it at reception for us! Could do with some mirrors on every bend to see oncoming vehicles through entrance and exit other than that lovely stay!

Wouldn't go back. Would avoid.

Disliked Toilets & showers were horrendous, needs updating badly & need more.
Tents to squashed, no space in between so a fire hazard.
No rules enforced, dogs off lead.
