Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Amazing views, flat pitches, quiet, camp fires. Easy walk into Brecon. Direct on taff trail. Can walk into mountains from pitch. Option of cooked food on Saturday night.
Disliked One shower each for men and women led to some queues. More sinks would also be good (1 each) for teeth cleaning. Theres a separate cold tap for water filling and a separate wash up area). 2 toilets each which was just about manageable even on a busy August weekend.

Disliked One shower with intermittent water flow and just two male toilets… just not adequate

Lovely site and host. Needs to increase the facilities.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Host very friendly and informative. Relate atmosphere. Pleasant views. Not to far from town.
Disliked The number of toilets and showers (2 per gender) are not enough for the amount of guests.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Gorgeous site with spectacular views. Flat pitches, clean toilets and showers. We booked dinner on the Saturday and breakfast for the Sunday from Ca’s Citchen which were both really good. We will be returning in 2027!
Disliked Not disliked as such but only two showers (one for gents, one for ladies) so maybe in future install more? More than one sink would be good too (although the washing up area could at a pinch be used to get water to clean teeth).

A haven at the foot of the famous Pen/y-fan.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked A haven at the foot of the famous Pen/y-fan. Quiet and convenient, 1.4 miles from Brecon. We managed to get Dominos to deliver a pizza to us! Walking distance to the main walking routes. Clean toilets. Great ground, flat and well kept.
Disliked Nothing
