What customers say
Beautiful, tranquil site with stunning woods, remote, and spacious. Great direct hikes, friendly warden. Basic, clean facilities with good hot water. No showers noted as a downside. Midges bothered some. Cash only on arrival.

Well worth a visit
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Visited in Autumn when only two other motorhomes present. Peaceful site other level pitches set in a clearing in the forest. Direct access to forest trails. Well maintained facilities. Attended daily by helpful warden. Cheaper than most sites
Disliked Cash only as no WiFi and poor phone signal.

Great site with well-organised facilities and very friendly staff
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Quietness and lots of picnic tables to cook at, loads of space to decide where to pitch our tent. Ellie, the warden, was really friendly and went out of her way to help. Bathroom block and washing up area were good and lots of hot water.

Liked Booked as need to test out new camps can for the first time. This was the nearest place available that had trailers and you didn’t need to book for 2 nights. Turns out we stubbled on the this gem of a site, a bit of a drive to get to but well worth it.
