Liked: Beautiful location, close to the beach, nice sandy soil for pitching a tent, and the owner was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Facilities although very clean were a little spartan, and the place could really use even a little playground to serve as a focal point for young families.

Liked: Well maintained and easy going atmosphere at the site. Great views from our elevated position. Reliable electric hook up. We were a group of 13 (3 families) and able to pitch beside each other. Brian very helpful and friendly. Lots of safe space for kids to roam. Not overcrowded and tents on top of one and other.
Disliked: Not much to dislike for a family friendly campsite. Hot water needed to toilet & kitchen but I know this is coming in the future.

Disliked: Not much to dislike! I know Brian is working on getting hot water supply to toilets and kitchen so this would definitely be a welcomed improvement. Maybe a second shower would be good too.
A sign with Folks on the Hill at entrance would help make it easier to find.

From the manager: Afternoon
Thanks for the feedback. we have plans to upgrade the showers and provide a changing area. Plus toilets are getting a complete make over. Also mobile kitchen is to get electric so it will enable us to have hot water and fridge for all campers to share. What we have is all we are allowed at the minute planning wise but hopefully that will change in the near future.
