What customers say
Clean, friendly site with excellent amenities, like a heated indoor pool & well-stocked shop. Staff are praised as helpful and welcoming. Great for Cheddar Gorge & Wells. Pitches are good-sized & level. On-site bar/restaurant offers good value. Some dated facilities, but highly recommended.

Would never stay here again. Just a bit naff.
Grove powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked The spacious pitch
Disliked Facilities are a bit tired and outdated.
Pool was very busy for the size of it.
Bar staff a bit unfriendly at the end of the night, just seemed they wanted us to stop buying drinks so they could go home.
Bits of building rubble and broken glass on the animal drove walk.
Dog barking on nearby farm all the way through the night… no over exaggeration.

Needs a huge update and better clientele.
Grove powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Hedges between pitches. Sadly this is all we liked.
Good location
Nice reception staff
Disliked We stayed here 3 years ago and stayed again this yesr but sadly this is Not the place for us anymore. Very old and dated facilities. The pool area was atrocious with salty water. Gents changing facilities were compareable too being in an old shed. Never saw a cleaner across the park. The bucklegrove advert that we saw at Wookey hole was a misrepresentation of what the place was actually like. The bar staff asked us to leave 30mins before closeing as "it wasn't cost effective to stay open for 2 people". You couldn't drink next to the pool table in a bar?. Used family room to wash 2 year old and had to pay for hot water. Don't do what we did and bring friends as it was embarrassing. There is a handful of item to buy in the reception and its not a shop as such. Laundry room is 1 washing machine that has never been cleaned, rubber seals caked in grey sludge.

Liked Everything!! Super friendly staff, clean facilities, nice size pitches and lots of room for the kids to play including a park.
Disliked I can’t say I disliked it as I very much appreciated not having to book swimming but it did get very busy in the pool when we was in there, this could just of been a one off as we only used the pool once.
