  • Large static caravan to hire with all mod cons, on the Isle of Purbeck
  • A 20-minute drive to Dorchester; 15 minutes to Lulworth Cove
  • Waste, electricity, water and recycling provided on a secluded farm
Nutley Farm certainly hits the spot for relaxing country breaks on Dorset’s Isle of Purbeck. With an enclosed garden to race around and lots of animals to befriend, children and dogs are very welcome. You'll be staying in a spacious four-berth static caravan, decked out with pretty much everything you might need for a carefree stay. Well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer: tick. Bathroom with shower: tick. Double bedroom and adaptable sofa beds: tick. A flatscreen TV, DVD and CD players come as part of the deal, with bedding and towels provided too. Set in cider country’s Tadnol Heath Nature Reserve, Nutley Farm is close to traditional thatched pubs serving local brews and great food, but if you’d prefer to cook at home, the village shop comes highly recommended. From your country base, you can get to the Jurassic Coast in less than 15 minutes for rockpooling adventures, coasteering along spectacular cliffs or walking headlands on the South West Coast Path. World War II buffs can nose around historic vehicles in Bovington's Tank Museum, and kids might like hanging out with chimps at Monkey World – Ape Rescue Centre, only 10 minutes’ drive away. For big nights on the town, you can be in the waterfront bars and pubs of seaside Poole in 30 minutes.
