What customers say
This site boasts a prime West Bay location, a short stroll to the beach/harbor. Staff are frequently praised as friendly and helpful. Pitches are generally good-sized and clean, with well-kept facilities, though some mention they're a bit dated. On-site amenities and entertainment are a hit with families, but some found it busy and pricey. A few Wi-Fi and shower block cleanliness issues were noted.

Liked Lovely welcoming helpful staff on arrival and throughout stay. Clean pitches and toilet block. Amazing dog area. Great swimming & shop. Evening entertainment fun and upbeat although drinks/snacks on the steep side!!
Really enjoyed having fully serviced pitch. 5 of us really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go again. Short walk to beach and shops. Close to supermarkets and towns. A+++

Liked This was the best campsite I’ve ever stayed at. The town is tiny – everything is within walking distance. Five minutes to great restaurants, fish and chips, the beach – everything!
The campsite is really well organised. From my touring caravan spot, I had an amazing view of the cliffs, the sea, and the town lights glowing beautifully at night. It felt peaceful and magical.
The whole place has such a warm, friendly vibe. The town is small but full of charm, and the people are lovely. No noise, no stress – just pure relaxation.
I absolutely love this place and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Disliked Everything was amazing💜
The only thing I really didn’t like was the behaviour of some of the people staying there. Unfortunately, many guests had no respect for the shared facilities. Toilets were often left dirty – unflushed, messy, and just generally unhygienic. It was honestly shocking at times.

Overall, a great family friendly facility, lots going on and busy
Powered grass campsite
Liked The site was open and friendly, lots of people o the touring pitches with dogs and children. The pitch we stayed on had a great view and access to electric (not water) if needed. We had plenty of sunshine and so worked from the solar panel on our van.
The site itself was well maintained, clean and had good toilet, shower and washing up facilities. Water taps and grey water waste dotted around the site meant that we had everything we needed close by. The paths to the facilities was tarmac and so no wet feet from the damp grass if getting up in the night.
We arrived on the day of the women's Euro's semi final and so we were keen to watch the football in comfort, we found the restaurant and bar had a great selection of food and drink and polished off a good meal whilst enjoying the match on one of the many TV screens in a comfortable booth. The staff were really helpful and happy to answer any of our questions or queries.
The harbour and shops and beaches were beautiful, not dog friendly (as it was summer) but close by and lots of activity, a great short stay (2 nights) on our trip around the south west coast.
The swimming pool on site was small but well staffed and maintained, we found it useful to book a time slot to be sure we got time in the pool. Probably more suited to younger children and families as my teenagers got a little bored after practicing hand stands under water for 45 minutes.
This was very much a vibrant, family place, not one for a quiet, peaceful back to basics site.
Disliked The grass pitches were pretty worn, and when it rained the ground turned to mud with little grass. We were directed to park in a specific area within the pitch, had this been more flexible, we could have parked slightly over allowing the grass time to grow back over the bare patch.
A small thing but it did mean we had muddy footprints everywhere.
The pitch itself, whilst a great view was high and exposed, the weather was unsettled but anything more than that and I think the pitch would have felt the impact of any high winds and rain.
