What customers say
Golden Coast Leisure Park gets high marks for great facilities, tons of kids' activities, and friendly staff. Guests love the good value and beach access. While most had a blast and will return, some mentioned dusty gravel sites, booking issues for activities/pools, and older shower blocks. Management is working on improvements.

Absolutely lovely park, great location, beach…
Powered grass tent campsite
Liked Absolutely lovely park, great location, beach 5mins drive. It does good facilities. Can get pricey if you have more than one child.
Disliked Camp site was too small. We were all squeezed on next to each other. No space to play outside the tent. And the showers were cold. We walked abit further and found some warm showers. So was not an issue

Disliked Dogs aren’t aloud in the entertainment after 6pm, the numbers of the electric tent pitches weren’t very clear and our pitch number was taken before we got there

Liked Nothing…
Disliked We didn’t even get a pitch. Turned up at 7 (it states that you can check in until 8) reception was closed. No staff anywhere in sight, spent over half an hour sat in the van on hold for them to tell us to just go downstairs to the bowling alley where we were greeted by a young lad who probably shouldn’t be left on his own without some training. They didn’t even have our booking, after looking at the same sheet for quite some time he gave us someone else’s pitch, when I asked where the pitch was he said it’s out there and pointed… not much help at all on a large site. We’d booked a gravel touring pitch so this is what we were looking for, we couldn’t find it. Went back and tried to find someone who might’ve known what they were doing which proved difficult. The only person who tried to help us was the security guard in the bar! Unfortunately he didn’t know where to go either but we appreciated his efforts. The night guard then turned up but by this time we had spent over an hour trying to just check in and it had ruined all of our plans for the night. Very very unhappy, would not recommend at all. Awaiting a call from a “manager” to sort it all out as we ended up having to turn around and go back home which luckily was only 40 minutes away. Who leaves a site like this manned with staff who have no idea what they are doing?! What a waste of time, effort, money and an evening off of work!

not all water slides were working.
shame there no grass pitches for motor homes or even half and half.

A great site for families
Powered gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely greeting at reception, plenty of activities
Touring pitches serviced with water and electric, grey waste drain
Good value for money shop on site
Old mill pub is excellent
Nearby cycle track to Ifracombe
Disliked A little disappointed to where we were pitched as noisy ground next to us and nearest ladies toilets were closed, there were plenty of vacant spaces in the other touring area that they could have offeredto us to make it a much more pleasant stay

great for a short visit
Powered grass tent campsite
Liked friendly & helpful reception staff - close parking to pitches, costa coffee in the creations cafe, well stocked spar shop. plenty of facilities - decent value food. older kids enjoyed the park areas. had no problems with signal but you could purchase wifi for £5pd
Disliked booking system for every single thing was annoying, we didn’t visit during peak season so it wasn’t particularly busy. some areas awkward to access with a buggy, lack of basic crayons and paper to keep little ones amused while older ones did their thing. lack of park facilities for toddlers.
