Quiet, well-kept site with spacious spots, clean facilities, and helpful staff. Great for anglers, with nice lakes and tackle shop. Cafe gets good food reviews. Some found shower/toilet facilities limited at peak times; backpackers noted a lack of indoor space. Lake access only for anglers.

South field powered grass campsite
Liked Nice and quiet, not too busy, plenty of room and a good cafe on site.
Disliked Toilets and shower facilities are very small, only one toilet cubicle and one shower cubicle. Also needs to let people know if one of the taps is drinking water , I did ask and was told “ not sure “.

Reasonable site, great location. Take extra leads and mossie spray.
South field powered grass campsite
Liked Caravan and camping field was quiet. Clean, tidy, staff very nice.
Disliked Just 1 electric post in the corner with 4 plugs. Limited in where you can pitch up with electric unless you have an extreamly long extension lead. Close to lakes so had issues with mosquitos. Just 1 shower.
