Powered grass campsite
Liked Nice clean smaller site, with pitches in mini fields (there were 3 pitches in the area we were in). Showers and toilets were fine.
5 min walk to a bus stop. We stayed during the isle of wight music festival and the site is on a festival bus route so nice and easy to get around.
Disliked No shop on site but only a 15 min walk to Morrisons.
Would definitely stop here again, already have ☺️
Powered grass campsite
Liked Quiet site, close to drinking water.
Bus route close by also shop 5 mins walk away
Disliked Nothing really
Toilet block a little dated but always clean
Appalling lack of staff intervention!
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked I liked the site
Disliked The extreme noise from close neighbours. The staff came out once… but the noise went on until 1.30 am even tho I ring the for help. I asked for refund next day , absorefused even tho I left early
Basic site.showers and toilet block needs upgrading & a good clean!!
Powered grass campsite
Liked Walks..
Disliked Showers & toilets need upgrading and a general good clean . cleanliness of site, reception opening times.. older man owner could be a little more friendly when we arrived there was no hello welcome just what rules are ...
Good stop over spot.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked clean tidy, hot shower for 20p. Lovely staff.
Disliked Thought it was a bit expensive, the old single person tax. Same price for places with swimming pools. Maybe consider smaller sites for walker/campers that only need a small space. May not be the demand.
Good level pitches, clean toilet facilities…

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked The campsite was really clean, quiet and had food toilet and shower facilities. Also a washing up and laundry room. I'm staying again in a couple of weeks with my kids. Great place to stay.
Family friendly base camp. No activities.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Price & availability.
Honestly it’s nice and clean however not our cup of tea.
It’s ok for a base camp for Shanklin or Sandown.
The feel of the Inbetweeners camber sands episode.
Disliked Paying for showers ?
Arguments about using camping stoves on the grass between other campers and owners.
Boy racers love the road so avoid the pitches near the road and 1am, you too can hear the latest engine mods being tested.
