Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Loved this campsite, facilities great, pitches lovely size and level. A ice cream van came to visit at 5.30pm which was a treat. There are beautiful forest walks from the campsite, along with a pub in walking distance.
Super site, excellent facilities, on the new Forest bus route too!
Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Marked pitches, and very individual at the end of the site where we stayed.

Pizza and ice cream visits very good.

All in all a great spot.
Would definitely recommend

Liked Great quiet campsite, in a great location. Amazing views, facilities all kept spotless and added bonus of ice cream van for the kids and pizza truck for the adults! Staff were all very polite and helpful.

Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Very cosy campsite, it's not big which means it didn't feel busy. Toilets and showers was clean, we was camped quite close to the toilets which was useful for a family with a younger child. Check in and out was easy and hiring a fire pit was easy and they gave us enough for 2 days at a reasonable £20. And the locate of the field itself is very central.
Disliked It's not so much of a dislike as most of the time you didn't notice but the noise from the road could be loud at times (more noticeable at night). Nothing that the campsite itself could change and given the locate its to be expected. It wouldn't deter me from returning but maybe something not everyone would be happy with.

Safari tent
Liked Lovely little site, right in the New Forest with beautiful views and walks around the area.
Super friendly and welcoming team. Clear rules on music and noise so lovely and peaceful at night.
We stayed in a bell tent as a treat and the bed was very comfortable and we had loads of space, but will probably head back with our own tent another time as the pitches looked great.
Toilets and showers are absolutely 5 star, so clean and well maintained.
Disliked It's small site so no cafe but they do get a food van in a couple of times a week.
Walk to the toilet from the bell tent seems a long way in the night!
It is next to a very busy road so there is some road noise during the day.
