Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 10 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the Key box instead.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £100.00 ($134.63) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £45.00 ($60.59) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
