Liked: Situation was perfect. Loved the setting and views and did a fab coastal walk as well as a Downs Walk . Quiet campsite and decent facilities.
Disliked: Only downside was the 11am checkout. Think 12pm would be far better as I needed to rush a little to return from my walk.

Liked: Pleasant, quiet.
Toilet and shower facilities clean and well presented.
What one would expect of a camping site with the owner in attendance to book you in and provide information.
Disliked: There could have been better instructions on where to go for walks and distance to beach etc.
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Thankyou for your feedback it is valuable to us, we do try and keep up with the cleanliness of our site and facilities, on the notice board there is a map for a walk to the beach and shops once again thankyou for your feedback.
Best Regards

Liked: Tucked away and great views. Lovely walks. Easy walking into Peacehaven (1m) and further afield to Brighton (6.5m)
Disliked: For some people
- the pitches may be too sloped
- the water pressure too low.
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: thank you for your feedback, we are transparent and our website does state that the water pressure can be low at times due to being on top of the downs.
glad you enjoyed the lovely walks and the views.
best regards

Liked: We loved Stud Farm. The views are amazing !! Loads of room around our motorhome. Very friendly member of staff who delivered eggs , sausages and lamb burgers to us , also helped with clear directions to the sea. We had everything on our van that we needed so didn’t use the facilities but it does clearly state that they are basic in the email they sent. Pitch was level. We’ll definitely be back. Well done to all the staff.
Disliked: There wasn’t any dislikes , it does what it says on the tin

From the manager: thank you for your feedback which is valuable to us, glad you enjoyed your stay, I assume you refer your campervan as a motorhome, as motorhomes are not allowed on this site, once again thank you.

Liked: Stunning views and great walks, peaceful site with clean basic facilities. Generous pitches and attentive staff with knowledge of the surrounding areas.
Disliked: The checkout time is a little too early when compared to check in time. It’s not a hotel that needs 3 hours to turn a room around.

From the manager: thank you for your feedback, it is very valuable to us.
and I do agree with you that we shouldn't need 3 hours , but we do have many occasions that people don't leave at the leaving time, they even leave their tent pitched up and go for a walk and don't come back until the afternoon, which leaves a lot of people arriving not being able to get on their pitches at all.
best regards

Liked: Peaceful and quiet
Disliked: £12 charge for a child - absolutely joke. Facilities are basic - even hot shower didn't work properly. Spent 10 minutes waiting for some hot water got an equivalent of a cup of warm water before it went to cold. Their pitchup page says no chemical disposal - but guess what, there is one.

From the manager: thank you for your feedback, which is valuable to us, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay, we are very transparent about our site and it does state that there is a lack of pressure to the top of this site so that customers know what to expect.
however we are addressing this lack of pressure and are investing money to improve the situation.
I did check the pitch up site and the chemical toilet disposal was in bold to say it is available.
once again thank you for your feedback.
Lovely, well kept camp. Staff seemed very organised. A bit hilly.

Very accommodating. Beautiful walk.
Disliked: Suggestion. For pitch up website/information on this site. Need clearer clarification on size of MH acceptable. Clearly shows a picture of a MH at top.

From the manager: thank you for your feedback, which is much appreciated. glad you enjoyed your walks, there is a lot of beautiful walks around here,
caravans and motorhomes are not allowed on this site, but unfortunately the odd one does slip through the net, but i will take this up with the web owners.
many thanks and best wishes
Overrated, better basic campsites than this for the price.

Liked: Lovely walks around the area.
Nice space to play games in.
Options to order food and fire out.
Disliked: When it’s windy it’s very windy due to its elevated and exposed location, be warned.
Only found out it has low water pressure after booking and upon arrival, it’s not advertised, so be warned it can be a dribble and very cold water with Intermittent hot dribble water.
Take your rubbish home is frustrating if you are there for a while.
The people that work there literally drive around in what feels like very 5 minutes making it noisy and the feeling of being watched, but they were friendly.
Expensive for what you get.
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: thank you for your feed back, the web site is very transparent, and clearly states that we are on top of the downs suffering low pressure on our water system (so it is advertised}, however we are addressing this situation and looking into avenues to resolve the low pressure. majority of our customers would rather take their rubbish home than pay even more for pitches for us to get rid of trade waist..
our staff never drive unnecessarily, they have fire pits to deliver, logs and repeat orders, toilet cleaning etc, and they do try to make your stay as good as possible.
glad you enjoyed your walks and hope to see you again.
